You need to start at the beginning. There’s no reason to drive traffic to a real estate website unless you’ve set it up properly to capture leads. For example:
Modern, professional look: If you’re still using a decades-old website that screams, “I’m not keeping up with technology” every time someone sees it, you won’t be successful at capturing leads.
Answer the visitor’s questions: Think about the questions buyers and sellers have when they visit a real estate website, and then make sure you answer them. Using Google for reviews is effective because virtually everyone has a Google account, but not everyone has an account at sites like Zillow, which is a requirement for leaving a review.
Promote Your Website

Include your web address in everything you publish: Many agents don’t include their web address in their email signatures, which is a very easy way to get people to visit.
Use Direct Response Marketing: Using direct response marketing for real estate agents is a very effective way to drive traffic.
Promote your blog posts: It’s easy to pay for a monthly newsletter, but it doesn’t do much to drive traffic to your website. Try a newsletter using your real estate CRM contact list that promotes the SEO-optimized blog posts you’ve published each month. In between the post summaries, you can add offers with links to your site such as, “Wondering what your home is worth today? Find out now!”
