Pro Agent Solutions has released our newest offering, Schedule Pro . It combines the showing feedback capabilities of Feedback Pro with the calendar scheduling capabilities of CRM Pro. The result is an end-to-end solution for managing showings. With Schedule Pro, you can schedule showings and automate showing feedback responses with a few keystrokes. It also integrates with all other products in the Pro Agent Solutions (PAS) platform including Digital Flyer.

How does it work to schedule showings?

Lastly, if a showing is rescheduled or cancelled, everyone receives an immediate automated notification so no one’s time is wasted.

Agents can schedule showings online in a team calendar.  Every team member can view the showing calendar on a computer, tablet or phone. Team members can also manage all other appointments and tasks in the calendar. 

Options for providing feedback to sellers

There are several options for communicating feedback responses to sellers. Agents can set the system to directly copy sellers on all feedback responses. Another option is for agents to review the feedback responses first.  The PDF report summarizes all feedback on a listing at the click of a button. The report can be emailed to a seller or printed for face-to face review.  Lastly, sellers can be provided a Pro Agent Solutions login to view feedback for their listing in real time. 

How to avoid duplicate data entry
